Same as usual.
I think that's part of the idea. As long as they keep things under control up here, no one will pay too much attention.

But I'd tried to sign up for charity work, helping distribute the meals. I've seen some interesting reactions.

Back home we call it 'bread and circuses'. Marking us out from the native citizenry doesn't hurt either, even if we're put through the same ringer. Can't have us getting too friendly.

Anyway, speaking of charity, I've been wondering. How DO you have money?

I work in an illustrator's office.
And, as of recently, at the theater. Performing magic tricks.
