the reason i'm asking is that a friend of mine witnessed him treating you badly at a bar

i don't know the guy, but i've been given the impression that he's dangerous

i know how strongly you feel about safety. so. am i right to worry?

Have you been working on anything with Nick O Broin lately? [ Seeing as she was going to ask Nick if those wards were 100% his work, a joint effort from Hawthorne or a straight up commission... Might as well just ask someone who frustrates her slightly less. ]

Dangerous in a way that I can't tell you until Nick's little stealth-ward project is finished.

Negating either of those would be a big leg up.

That's what he does. Leans into every chance this place provides to take advantage of people, then pretends he's as much a victim as anyone else.

Yep.

You never should've gotten his name. Once he knows people are onto him, things are likely to get ugly. Blood and guts in greeting cards ugly.

Sort of but that was Tumenalia, not him. It was just proof he's got nothing against doing it, if he can find a way.

but i'll work on something else too, something to negate someone else's powers in an emergency.
i also make these little pearls, and when you crush one, it teleports you somewhere else instantly
