Travel to the Up qualifies as an added expense (Dominant clients only).
Submissives are charged half of what Dominants are. Abuse of this policy (I.E. a Dominant employing services through a Submissive proxy) will result in significant penalty fees, to be paid by a Dominant party. Acknowledgment and agreement to these fees is in the fine print of every client contract.
